Introducing the Ryan Builds Wheels Club Gravel Disk Brake Wheelset.

Our high-end, handbuilt and semi-custom gravel wheelset, for disk brakes.

Designed to be super-reliable, tough and zippy these are the quintessential workhorse of the weight-conscious gravel racer, bike packer and adventure cyclist. We’ve included semi-custom options to suit lightweight, race-focussed setups and fully-loaded, hard-knocks, all-terrain bike packers.

Available in 650b and 700c and built as standard with Club Gravel rims, Bitex 106 Centrelock Disk hubs and Sapim Race spokes. We’ve created a fast, light, stiff and tough gravel wheelset that’ll go toe-to-toe with any of those mass-manufactured, volume-sales wheel brands.

Club Gravel Rims are the choice of wheel builders in the know. 6066 T6 heat-treated alloy offers increased strength of the default 6061 (with spoke beds tested to over 300kgf) and there’s a double-locking bead for easy tubeless setup. Heat treatments are applied post extrusion and welding, allowing for strength at the join rather than creating an area of weakness. We love them, we’re sure you will too.

Upgrades:

• Choose Club Gravel rims for a lightweight racer setup or Kinlin RD-3FT for hard-knocks, fully loaded.
• Choose Bitex 106 for a lightweight, racer setup, or Bitex Six BoltMT for hard-knocks, fully loaded.
• Choose Sapim D Light spokes to shave off circa 70g, whilst still creating bombproof wheels. Sapim Bladed CX Ray are lighter yet again and have a HUGE fatigue life.
• Choose 32/32 spoke count for bigger, more powerful riders and fully loaded setups.
